im 24 and i started taking birth control (diane 35) on tuesday and it was on the last 2 days of my period, my boyfriend would always pull out and today my boyfriend finished inside since he knew i was on birth control and i feel like it was still too early i know you’re supposed to wait the 7 days and i’m wondering if i should just take a plan b? ive never taken birth control so i’m not too familiar. what’s your advice? should i take a plan b?

Yes, you should take plan b, the pill is usually not effective until it’s been in your system long enough (~7 days). Better safe than sorry!

You're fine, it's effective right away if you start it on your period just make sure you continue to use it correctly. Read the pamphlet that came with it

I think its only effective in the 7 days if you start taking it on the first day of your period.... I would read the packet that came with your pills and probably take plan B
