HCG levels - singleton or twins??

Hey all! So hubby and I had our FET on 1/14, and my first beta last Friday (8dp5dt) was 161. Second beta this morning (11dp5dt) was 333 so everything is looking good! We scheduled my ultrasound for Feb 5.

Those of you who have had their betas taken early on, what were your levels and did you have twins or a singleton?

I know the only sure way to know is the ultrasound, but I’m just trying to take a guess! We initially intended to only transfer 1 embryo, but the first didn’t thaw very well and was downgraded from 4AA to 4CC, so my RE chose to thaw a second 4AA and transfer both as he wasn’t confident the 4CC would take.
