Question about ectopic pregnancies?

I found out I’m pregnant with my second baby last night, yay! So excited! I was reading and saw someone comment about ectopics. It kind of freaked me out because I am having cramps/pain on one side and my shoulder has bugged me on that same side for a few days.. but only mildly. Like man my shoulder is bugging me, but not serious pain or sharp pains. Does that make sense?

Other symptoms have been fatigue, insomnia at night, diarrhea, lower back pain, and the cramps i mentioned me

I just wanted to know if anyone has had experience with ectopic and when the symptoms showed up? What was the shoulder pain like? I can’t decide if I’m being super paranoid or not. I only just found out and I’m probably around 4 weeks. No bleeding or anything so far. Thanks!
