How much weight did you gain with your 2nd?

Pregnant with my 2nd and I gained 33lbs the first time around but had a hard time losing it all - hoping to come in at 25-30lbs this time around but wondering how much control I have! For those of you who gained less the 2nd time around, what did you do differently?

With my first it was 8 pounds, I’m now 30 weeks 4 days with my second and gained about 6 pounds so far

4p with my first, 50 with 2nd and I'm 39+3 with #3 and gained 28 lbs so far. 1st was boy, 2nd girl, 3rd boy.

1st I gained 16 pounds - super easy pregnancy and only had aversions to pickles and red meats in 1st trimester.
2nd I gained 11 pounds - a lot of bleeding and being sick. More aversions to food.
3rd I gained 5 pounds - bad nausea. Total food aversion. Tongue fissures that made it impossible to eat fruits, spicy or salty foods.
4th I lost 12 pounds - Nausea and morning sickness. Total food aversions. Tongue fissures so bad the only thing that didn't hurt to eat was dairy.

It’s was about the same for me-30lbs with my first and 27lbs with my second.

I gained 40 with our first and 30 with our second. It took me 18 mo to loose the weight the first time and even when I did, my clothes didn’t fit. Took me 4 mo after the second to lose more than I gained to the point my pre-pregnancy pants fall off. 
Biggest difference was the meds I was on the first time. I had high dose prednisone with our first and that causes a lot of weight gain and hunger. I also could only nurse for 10 weeks with our first. Our second is 6mo and still exclusively breastfed.
