Advice please

Hi ladies.. this would be my third pregnancy based off my last period I should be 6 weeks 1 day.. this weekend has been a roller coaster.. Friday I went to the Er due to side pain, it wasn’t intense but of course Google got the best of me. So I go in they tell me nothing is seen on an ultrasound, no sac, nothing she assures me I just might be way off with my timeline, we do HCG and it’s only at 370, fast forward to last night i had to go back for another HCG blood draw and it was only 477... which they said isn’t great but not really bad just should be doubling every 48 hours, well then my doctor calls me and tells me I should of waited 72 hours to have it drawn again, so i went this morning and had my levels drawn AGAIN and I have to wait until tomorrow for my results.. i keep being told “maybe your time line is just off” anybody have anything similar happen? Things turn out ok? No cramping, no blood, no spotting, morning sickness is in effect and I’m very tired. I just want some help / advice.. wouldn’t they at least see a sac even if I was super early? They checked for ectopic and couldn’t see anything either.
