Nausea only at night
Ok so for the past year or so I’ve been getting really sick and fever but only at night. I’d be perfectly fine during the day then as soon as I lay down I get really nauseous and have to run to the bathroom. But when I wake up in the morning I’ll be perfectly fine again like nothing happened. Can anyone tell me what’s going on. Google says I’m pregnant but that just makes zero sense since it’s been going on for about a year now.
