i need some advice

I took 3 pregnancy test on saturday. the first two came out positive. The third one i took came out negative.

i’ve already called my Obgyn & set up an appointment which isn’t until the 8th.

what should i do? i’m taking prenatal vitamins just to be safe because a year ago around this time i had a miscarriage at around 4 weeks pregnant. i’m so scared. i’m only 20 years old and i don’t want to tell my family yet because it’s so early.

my last period was the 20th of december. can any mamas out there help me figure out what i should be doing.. should i go get another test ?
