Hi mommies

Ive been experiencin lower nd upper bck pain.

My baby is 1 year nd 8 months now i got the epidural hes my second bby,but i had my first. Born in 2010.big age gap lol

Its cold where i live ppl say when its cold ur bck tends to hurt?? Also

I have a cold nd im on my period🤧😫

Idk if its because of that

But at times i feel my spine aches.my anxiety gets the best of me nd i be thinkin the worst.like cancer? Or if my lungs are bad? But my breathing has been fine nor does it hurt when i take deep breaths.

My docter is booked nd i really dont want togo to the hospital

Like i said its on nd of.not pain more of aches.i doooo be carrying my son often as wellll idk it thats causing it too

Any advice??
