HiPP formula issues

Question

Anyone having issues with HiPP formula? This is what happens every time I mix it and I’ve been following the directions so I’m becoming super frustrated. Any tips would also be helpful, TIA!

The few times we used hipp this never happened either. Not sure what kind of water you are using, but it might be the problem?

I didn’t have that problem with my son with HIPP, but it’s possible they changed the formula because the last time I used it was over 2 years ago. I always mixed mine with the Dr. Brown’s formula Pitcher and it did an excellent job. I also tried mixing it when the water was still a bit warm.
