17 weeks everything still smells too smelly

The kiwi I just had smelled like raw chicken. I had other smell it and said it was fine.

I can smell my dog from across the house.

I can smell my own urine and no matter how much water I drink. It’s gross. I hate it

I am still getting sick regularly. My nipples are on FIRE and constantly have to change my panty liner because I’m always gross.

Please PLEASE tell me I’m not alone.
