I am hoping for advice, or any shared stories of similar experiences.

This is my first time getting to 14 weeks pregnant and we had quite the scare this past Monday night. I started bleeding around 7pm and got progressively worse within the hour. Went to the ER, all of my vitals were good, baby was measuring perfectly, had a strong heartbeat and super active during the scan. Bleeding lasted about 2 1/2-3 hours however they couldn’t tell us why it was happening. By the next morning it was only brown old blood when I wiped after the bathroom. I went to my doctor the next morning and they put me on pelvic rest until further notice and called it a threatened miscarriage. I haven’t had anymore bleeding since Monday night and am just nervous about the future now. Had a miscarriage last year at 6 weeks, and am really praying this pregnancy stays viable 🙏🏼
