Potty training

So my daughter has been sitting on her little potty every once in a while for the last couple months but hasn't showed much interest. All of a sudden today though she peed on it. I put her on again before her bath and she peed again. I was really surprised. I guess I'm wondering should I go all in on potty training? Where do I start? How do I know if she is actually ready? Sorry if these sound like stupid questions. First time mom here and didn't think we would get to this stage until at least 2yo
