Tonsil stones
Has anyone ever tried to remove one on their own? I can see it when I shine my phone light to the back of my throat, it’s a white thing stuck in the fold of my tonsil. I’ve read that you can remove them in your on. Has anyone ever done this? Did it hurt? Is it a good idea or should I leave it alone?
