Cramping in Early Pregnancy
I have been cramping since last night (not heavy) but my back hurts, and I feel dull achy cramps... kind of feels like the first day of my period. Looked like there might have been spotting in my mucus. I have lost 2 of my babies at 6 weeks. I’m 4 w 6 d today and I’m nervous that all is not well. I know some cramping is normal, and stress is not good for the baby (if in fact everything is ok). Talk me down from the ledge here please??
