Babies head measuring small

Anyone had a scan that showed babies head was on the smaller side?

I had a scan last week at 34+3 because my fundal height was behind and I was told by the tech and then a doctor it was all good.

I just received the report today and it says babies head is below the 10% percentile while the rest of Bub is mostly about 37% percentile so a little on the smaller side (apparently)

but I’m just curious about the head size now not too concerned as I think they would have said something but all my other babies had big heads 🤭 Same dad as well 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have a doctors appt next Wednesday in the 3rd and I’ll be 36+4 so I’m curious if I’ll be sent for another scan or not or if it’s of no concern at all.
