Birth control help

So I took my last active pill and had my withdrawal bleed a few days later, I then realized I didn’t have another pack to start. So instead of not taking an active pill for 7 days it ended up being 10 days. It would be fine if I ended up pregnant but I’m just curious of how likely it would be to become pregnant that soon? With my son I was pregnant within 2 weeks of stopping the pill.
