I have had ewcm for 7 days it peaked on cd 14 but still getting some now on cd 18 have I ovulated or not?

Cervical mucus does not determine ovulation. Only tells you if it’s fertile or non fertile mucus. You can have any type or amount at any point in your cycle. You would need to use opks and temp to track and confirm ovulation.
