Hashimotos/Hypothyroid

Any pregnant momma’s have hashimotos disease and/or hypothyroid and have normal, uneventful pregnancies?

I have two older kids but this is my first pregnancy since I’ve been diagnosed. I’m only 4w3d. My first prenatal appt is not until 2/8. And I am paranoid as hell for some reason! I’m so worried I’m going to wake up one day and not be pregnant anymore. It’s all I think about all day 😩

I had an appt this morning with my endocrinologist for bloodwork so see how my medication should be adjusted.

If anyone has any history of this please let me know!
