Is a sour taste in mouth a very early sign of pregnancy?

Since yesterday I just started noticing a sour, but not really metallic taste in my mouth. I’ve been taking the prenatal vitamins for about a month or two now, although I skip some days- could it be related to that? Or is it an early sign of pregnancy?

That's a sign of reflux. I have silent reflux and the only Symptom I have every day is a sour taste in my mouth (and enamel erosion thanks to that).
