Is it ok to skip my progesterone for one day?
I’m not pregnant just need to take progesterone to fix my period. I’ve been taking them for 4 months and yesterday I started my 21 days again. Today would be the second day but the problem is, very last minute we’re having an inspector come out tomorrow and I need time to get things ready. I take the progesterone at 9 but it knocks me out for the rest of the night. Is it ok if I skip for a day or should I still take it?
