Sleeping with leaking breasts

Question

So I'm looking for recommendations on things I can use at night to help with leaking breasts. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and they don't leak much but sometimes they do leave a small patch. I'm not really used to wearing anything in bed as I get too hot but I've been trying to wear bras to bed (I need to size up again as they're getting tight and are horrible bras for sleeping)
I've tried reusable breast pads in those bras too but I was wondering if anyone has any easier less restrictive things that work?

I liked the style of nursing bra that was more bathing suit too like. Idk if that makes sense. They are normally marketed for sleeping and then I would use reusable pads at night as they were more comfortable for night time. That was more when I was nursing but could work now if your pregnant and leaking some.

I really tried to make it work but I was a huge milk producer when I was pregnant and it was nearly impossible after having my baby. I found the disposable ones lasted way longer than the reusable ones. I hated the waste but I would soak through my bra and shirt in 15 minutes without them. I could usually use the same throw away pad for a day. If it’s just at night for you, you could probably use the same one for several nights before it starts to smell like sour milk.
