Does breastfeeding change/ruin your boobs?

I am not commenting whether I am going to breastfeed or not. But just curious? I am a first time mum with body issues as it is. What are the changes like? Has anyones not change at all? Does the length of time you breastfeed have an impact i.e. If you breastfeed until they are 1 years old in contrast with someone who breastfeeds for longer...?

It's the hormones from pregnancy that makes the changes not breastfeeding itself, and like everything else it vary greatly from woman to woman how much. 
Mine are exactly the same as they were, nursed both boys from 14months, and still nursing my youngest. I'm also exactly the same clothes size I was pre pregnancy.

It’s not breastfeeding that ruins or changes your breasts. It’s a very popular myth. It’s pregnancy that will change your breasts along with your genetics. Because regardless if you choose to breastfeed or not, yours breasts will swell with the milk and you’ll still have those changes that come along when your milk initially comes in.

Currently breastfeeding my second and my boobs have gotten bigger but no significant changes. Pregnancy is what changes your boobs not breastfeeding. Regardless if you breastfeed or not your boobs will fill up with milk after delivery.

Hey love. I've struggled with anorexia from 12 until 26 (I'm 27 going on 28). I had serious fear over it but I'm weaning our 21 month old and my boobs haven't changed at all. 
People said "the longer you breastfeed the more your breasts get messed up" but it was easier for me to get her breastfed as she falls asleep easier, calms down quicker, etc. But no, mine haven't even with how long I've breastfed for.

I breastfed my daughter for 6 weeks. I had fairly small perky boobs before I fell pregnant, now they are smaller and definitely not as perky 😅😅 I think pregnancy in general changes them though! It doesn’t bother me in the slightest

I'm breastfeeding and no changes that I've noticed but I'm only 5 months in. The bond is amazing though. Nothing quite like that little face looking up from eating and smiling at you ❤️ Honestly those moments make me laugh so often. She taps her fingers when she's hungry and eventually as she fills up she folds her little hands over her belly and I can't help but smile just thinking of it.

Everyone is different. I have breastfed for 8 of the last 19 years and my boobs have not changed. During the times you are breastfeeding they are larger because they are full. On the other hand, my sister had two children and didn’t breastfeed at all and she always complains about how saggy and small hers are. It is just a person to person thing.

I breastfeed/pumped for 3 weeks. My breasts are definitely a different shape than they were before. They sag/lay flat more now. They have returned to mostly the same size as per-pregnancy. I’m 2 years pp.
