What do I do???

He’s obsessed with boobs and will grab everyone’s boobs. Mine, my moms, my sisters, my grandmas, and my SIL didn’t let him and he bit her on the chest 🙃 he’s biting  everyone whenever he gets excited about anything and I don’t know how to get him to stop. My little sister has gotten bit by him at least 10 times in these past 2 weeks. Some days it’s twice a day, some days once.

I pretend to cry when my son hurts me and then he gets all upset and I'll ask if he can give me a hug to make it better. Then I say oh that's nice, we use nice hands and mouth. It usually stops pretty quickly

I would loudly say ‘ouch that hurts! I don’t like that!’ and immediately put him down and walk away. If biting gets him the opposite of what he wants (farther from boobs) he will stop doing it soon. You just need everyone to be on the same page. I wouldn’t yell or smack him or do time outs or anything, as those are more likely to make behavior worse, and you want to encourage communication and consent.

I would yell "no" very abruptly whenever he does either one of those. And then get up and walk away from him. Reactions are everything. Never Laugh. And don't draw more attention to it other than the quick, loud "no" and then move away so he can't do it again.
