What to eat/drink during FET

Hello everyone!
I’m doing a FET and start medicine tomorrow. (No birth control due to a blood clotting disorder)
Anyone have any suggestions what I should eat and drink during this process to hopefully help my chances?? 🤞🤞

Nothing you can eat will affect transfer. The old wives tales just help us feel like we have control over the uncontrollable. Eat to be healthy and happy and that’s the best you can do :)

Pineapple I think is the main superstition before?
Also salty fries from McDonald’s after! This one was the funniest to me so we did it, and I did have a successful transfer soooo. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I ate pineapple core, drank pomegranate juice, ate avocado (including the morning of the transfer with my eggs and veggies), warm foods, stuck to low carb/high protein and plenty of leafy greens. I got McDonald’s fries after my transfer, and had bone broth soup for lunch. Pretty much, I just got all of the scientific and complete wives tales that I could 😂
