Wtf is going on

Hi everyone. I’m so annoyed.

Why does the hiring process take so long????? I’ve made it through the first 3 interviews with flying colors, but they take 3-5 days to give me the information for my next interview. I HATE my current job and still have to put in my 2 weeks if they’d ever give me an offer. Someone please explain why tf this takes so long!!!
