I've known for about a week now that I'm pregnant. I've been holding off on telling my fiance because I wanted to surprise him for his birthday, but it's so hard keeping it to myself! What makes it harder is the fact that we've had multiple losses. We've had 2 chemicals; one in August 2017 and another in December 2019. We also just recently suffered a missed miscarriage this past October at 9+4, and another chemical immediately after in December. I'm about 5 weeks now and I'm nervous, so that's why I want to tell him. But I already have a gift all wrapped up for him to open. Plus he's hinted that me being pregnant would be the best gift he could have. I'm just so conflicted!!!
