Inglesina fast table chair

Has anyone used this or another hook-on high chair like this? I feel like it would fit my situation better than any other high chair because we have a small kitchen, but we eat at our island every night so it would be awesome to be able to clip this onto the island. Some reviews scare me because they said it fell with their baby in it😱 Is there another brand that’s better?
