Twins or no twins?

What do you think? The ultrasound was done at 6 weeks 2 days. There was only 1 heartbeat as of the last ultrasound. The baby on the bottom had a heartbeat. But there is something visible on the top left as well.The lady who did the ultrasound wasn't sure what it is. She thought it could be a blood vessel or another yolk. What do you think? Any similar experiences?

I had my ultrasound today and it revealed just one baby. Nobody could tell me what it was there on the top but did not seem to be there anymore.

Could be two.. I'm currently pregnant with twins. At 6 weeks there were 2 sacs but only one baby. I went back a week later and we found 2 sacs and 2 babies. If there is a second one you just might not be able to see it very clearly yet but it looks like there might be two yolk sacs.

Ive got identical twin boys (20 months) to me it looks like a yolk sack.I was nearly 7weeks when I had my first scan so saw both. Fingers crossed for your next scan. Even one baby is a blessing regardless.x

When is your next scan? I would say one but only another scan could tell or hcg levels
