Does high altitude cause a dip in milk supply??
My three month old baby is exclusively on breast milk- I mostly pump and feed, but I do nurse him a few times a day. We came up to lake arrowhead for the weekend and I have not been pumping even half of what I usually pump. I’m so nervous of not being able to feed him because of my sudden low supply. Any tips?
