What was your first sign you were pregnant?

I am just curious because I feel like when you Google pregnancy symptoms breathing suddenly means you’re pregnant 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

My hubby and I are in month 3 of TTC and I feel a little different this month than I have in months past with negative tests. This month I am 7 days out from expecting my period but I am having almost constant low abdominal cramps (very light cramps but constant) and I am super tired (like my limbs feel heavy and my eyes literally refuse to stay open at like 4 pm!!)
