8 Days Past Trigger Shot

I know we shouldnt be testing at all until 14 days but I cant help it. I turn 37 tomorrow and this would be the best gift ever. I tested a few times and now the line is so faint its making me nervous. I had two miscarriages last year and it has def taken a toll on my mind and body. Is it normal to get faint lines and then to get a big fat positive closer to my cycle date ?
