food for weight loss!
im 13 and im bigger than other people, i started off by saying this because i know im going to get a lot of comments saying ‘you don’t need to loose weight at that age’ but its something i struggle with. I have tried diets in the past but none have really worked, i want to have good yummy food that’s good for you! do y’all know any recipies/ foods? im not a fussy eater 😂 also im not obese, im just a little thicker around my thighs and my tummy, I just want to cut that down even if it’s only a little 💞💞💞
