Do unborn babies feel when you move a lot?

when you move from side to side while pregnant does your baby move for example if I keep tossing and turning all night from side to side am I also moving my baby from side to side like if she’s on the right side and I move to the left side does that mean she also moves to the left side? Sorry if it’s a dumb question I’ve been so curious about this and feel like I’m bothering her with the constant tossing and turning all night I’m 6 months pregnant and feel so bad and recently we saw the cord close to her neck and now I’m blaming my self so I want to do better so the cord doesn’t get to tight or worse
