Newborn needs to be held for naps! 😩

Getting no help in my other group, so thought maybe I’ll ask here..

My almost 3 month old (holy shit that went by fast) needs to be held for all naps. He wakes instantly if I try to put him down. He goes down fine for bedtime.

This is really unmanageable since I have to watch him and my June baby by myself for 12 hours a day. And we all know our June babies are a handful right now.

Did anyone have this problem before?? Would love to know what you tried and/or what worked for you.
