Ouch Acne

Question

Anyone else’s chin always get painful pimples right before or on your period? 
- I use Dr Gross skin routine absolutely love it and usually don’t break out only in the SAME area at this time of cycle 
- yes wearing a mask sucks for our skin so I wear a fresh mask daily 
- I know I should not pop them 😖yet they were so gross now in pain...
Suggestions to prevent?

Put this on once you see one forming and these patches will help suck out the gross stuff almost overnight

I had cystic acne as a teen and throughout my twenties. Was even on accutane. Ugh. I tried everything and nothing worked. Now my skin is perfect. Have you heard of dr. Dray on youtube? Also dr anthony youn on youtube. She has the best advice. I would recommend the oil free acne wash from the dollar tree and the psoriasis cream from dollar tree. (It is just salicylic acid). Use it at night before bed. I started using norwex face and body cloths with no soap and it is fantastic. My professional ballerina friend told me about it and i was skeptical, but i love it! Benzyl peroxide bleaches your pillow cases and is rougher on the skin. I don’t recommend face wipes or anything too harsh. Double cleansing has helped me a lot. Be gentle with your skin and yourself♥️🙂♥️

I used this product after washing my face. I use a cotton ball to spot treat. After I apply a moisturizer. Only do this when you break out.

This! I put some of this on a qtip and hold it over the pimple for a few seconds. It will burn a bit depending on a pimple. I try to do it when I see one forming. You can do it in the morning and at night. The pimple will either go away on its own or it will come to a head and will be so much easier to get the gunk out. Either way, I feel it clears it up so fast. This works for me 9/10 times.

The neck and chin are associated with ‘hormonal acne’, which means it is due to internal changes rather than external factors. If this is your only affected area then it is most likely due to hormones, particularly since you are affected around your period. Don’t change your skin routine too much for this, just add in a spot treatment. Focus more on trying to eliminate junk food, particularly dairy based, around this time and drink plenty of water.
