PCOS- Have I started a new cycle?

I was diagnosed with PCOS because I do not ovulate. After 105 days since the start of my last period I finally had enough spotting for me to consider it a period. It was super light but did get on a pad enough for two panty liners for the whole day. This happened for two days. On cycle day 3 and flow completely stopped. Should I consider this cd 3 or have I still have not started a new cycle making it cd 108?

I should mention that my normal periods are five days long not two and super heavy, so heavy I normally have blood clots.
