Rash on my baby bump😢🚨

I seriously need help y’all 🚨I’m due on Tuesday. So about a week ago I started developing a rash below my belly button area of my stomach.... now a week later I noticed it’s spreading up along my linea nigra. It is extremely itchy but I try not to itch it. Nothing is helping. I tried alcohol, corn starch, which hazel, cold compresses, hydrocortisone cream, triple Antibiotic and my doctor gave me an ointment called Nystatin about 2 days ago which makes it extremely itchy due to the ointments moisture not seeing a difference in the rash. I HAVE ALREADY HEARD OF PUPPP RASH ALREADY I REPEAT I HAVE ALREADY HEARD OF PUPPP RASH ALREADY BUT NOT SURE IF THIS IS IT OR NOT.
