Am I out?

It’s day of expected period, but nothing. I’m 14dpo and still negative tests. Am I out? Last night I had weird cramps that wrapped around my stomach and back, all the symptoms I’ve had since ovulation aren’t even symptoms I have for periods. My period cramps start on the day of my period when the blood starts flowing. Never before or after. That wasn’t normal for any period I ever had. I’m just so tired of the stupid negative tests 😔
