Cramps after period

Just finished my placebo week of birth control and had my period and now I’m having really bad cramps down there 😭 i didn’t have any cramps my cycle cause I took a shit Ton of Tylenol and now it’s like it’s coming back after I already started my new pack of pills. Is this normal or has anyone felt this way ?
