Longer cycle

Okay so in October of last year I had a labia separation procedure. It healed just fine ... had my cycle and it was pretty normal but the one after it was like terrible. Normally my cycle lasts for a week/week and a half. This time on the seventh day my cycle felt like it started all over again. Didn’t have cramps in the beginning but out of no where came cramps and daily blood clots. That cycle alone lasted 18 days ... fast forward to this cycle same issue but even longer according to my app I’m now on day 28 and idk why!! Anyone else ever experience that?
