Has anyone experienced nightmares with sleeping aid pills or melatonin?

If nightmares are a constant issue, look into prazosin. I currently take 2mg prazosin and sleepmd(including melatonin) and I might have the occasional nightmare but very far and few between.

Yes! I actually don’t sleep very well with them at all.
Nightmares and my heart races quite a bit and I feel like I wake up a bunch in the middle of the night but I’m really foggy when I do so I go back to sleep quickly
