Bought a cup a year ago I haven’t used it yet cause I’m still figuring out how to clean it & how to use it? I’ve read some posts here so I only have a few questions left:

1. How long should a cup stay before you drain it?

2. Peeing: do you remove the cup or pee with the cup on? (This could be a stupid question but i really have no idea)

3. How did you know your cup sizes? Does it measure by how light or heavy your flow is?

4. I have a light flow ever since. Does that have an impact with cups? I noticed most have heavy flow. I’m worried if I am even qualified to use it.
