Hey! So I got a menstrual cup a little while ago and am currently on my first period with it. Something I have noticed is that I slides down? I made sure that it’s inflated and sealed but after inserting and and walking around I can feel the stem pushing out more and more and sometimes even to the point of the end of the cup is sticking out. I make sure to put in as far as I can too. I have tried many different ways like flipping it inside out and that did NOT work either. I know I can trim the stem too but I feel like that’s not the problem. Has anyone else experience this and what did you do?
