17 weeks 2 days/ weight gain?

I started off at 117lbs. I lost 3lbs my 1st trimester and STILL havent gained it back. I'm literally stuck at 114lbs. With my son I lost 15lbs and gained most of it back by now. But for some reason I cant with this pregnancy🤷🏼‍♀️ 
Any advice? I have an appt next Friday but I'd like my weight to go up a small bit bc my dr is gonna end up worrying if I'm still 114 when I go. I'll be a day from 19 weeks when I go.

Are you adding calories to your maintenance requirements? Would look up a “tdee” calculator to check what your minimum need is and add 500 calories to that.
You may need to track your food for a bit to make sure you are eating enough, some people will over estimate what they had.
