Covid and pregnant

Hello ladies I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant and I recently tested positive for covid and it has not been easy for me anyone that is pregnant and tested positive what are your home remedies? I have major headaches I feel nauseous I my eyes burn I just feel really sick I haven’t had a fever but I feel like i run outta breath sometimes
