So I haven’t eating bad food at all like that cause I had lost weight yr and iwas proud over it but there are times when I’m CRAVING for some junk food I swear it be so damn hard cause it be my PMSING and I be trying to fight it so let ask y’all this does this ever happened to y’all I be trying not to eat to much fating food I mean I still put a work out in but I swear when Im fuckn PMSING it’s so fuckn hard iswear do that ever happened to y’all if so how do y’all fight it ?
