7 weeks today.. a bit nervous 🙃

So last Monday I went for a ultrasound & the dr said I was 6 weeks exactly DD 9/20.. they confirmed to see the gestational sac & yolk sac but no fetal pole yet she said give it a week but no dr has called me for another ultrasound my nausea has picked up but i don’t quite throw up lol but my breast are super sore heat flashes mood swings slight cramping & bloated like crazy lol. Should I be worried? 👀 first time pregnant.
