Could I have ruined my chances?

I'm currently in the midst of my TWW, but as in most states, we experienced a snow storm in NYC. As a home owner and my partner currently away, the shoveling job was left for me. This activity already stresses your body, and now I'm feeling pain above my vag and I regret ever shoveling. Feel I may have ruined my chances for implantation. But what's in God's will, will be done. I do realize I too can't be stupid and must do the work. Continue to blow baby dust my way as I will for you TTC ladies.
