Just try to eat more fruits and veggies throughout the day. You don't need to go overboard with those expensive programs. I try to have one veggie at every meal

I’ve been trying to get healthy for the last several months and I found I was pregnant just last week.. I was doing Herbalife and low carb, but I don’t want to continue during pregnancy because of many reasons, mainly money.
What are some delicious and healthy recipes that don’t call for off the wall ingredients and also doesn’t break the bank? I’m open to try anything! Bonus points if it’s also heart healthy!
