Frustrating 😭😭

I usually have 30-31 day cycles. Last month was 44 days

This month I’m currently on CD 45.

No sign of AF. Negative tests.

I haven’t tracked anything these last two cycles so I have no clue where I’m at in my cycle.

So frustrating

I just want AF to start so I can start tracking again.
